Featuring a reinforced concrete core and high-performance Schuco curtainwall facades, it offers panoramic 360-degree views. The ground-floor lobby seamlessly integrates with the public space, enhancing flow between interior and exterior. Italcementi’s photocatalytic concrete defines the distinctive facade and supports environmental sustainability, while Myrtha Pools’ wellness areas and pools enhance resident comfort. The kinetic facade adds dynamic elegance, completing the tower’s aesthetic and functional vision.
