The project aims to provide housing for low- and middle-income groups while ensuring a high quality of life through the creation of high-standard services and green spaces, all while keeping costs contained. The urban plan includes a balanced mix of artisanal, residential, and commercial spaces to ensure both livability and job opportunities.

The use of the latest technological infrastructure and ICT services will optimize urban management, reduce consumption, and offer innovative ways to interact with the city. This Smart City places the individual at the center of development, adapting to their needs.
A Replicable Urban Model
The urban development plan envisions a resident population of approximately 25,000 people. Smart City Laguna is designed to serve as a model for urban and housing development that can be replicated in other global contexts
